Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Lunar Ambitions. By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Lunar Ambitions provides professional esthetics and facial treatment services in Orlando, Florida. All services are performed by a licensed esthetician. Results from services may vary based on individual skin type, health conditions, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

2. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked through my online booking system. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

3. Health and Safety

For the safety of my clients, you must disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures prior to your service. Lunar Ambitions reserves the right to decline or modify a service if I determine it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

Clients who arrive ill or showing signs of a contagious condition may have their appointment rescheduled. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety reasons.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. 5. Results and Liability

While I strive to provide exceptional results, Lunar Ambitions makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Skincare results are highly individual and depend on many factors outside my control. Lunar Ambitions is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or medications.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at my studio. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Personal Property

Lunar Ambitions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while on my premises.

8. Photography and Marketing

With your prior written consent, I may use before-and-after photos for marketing purposes. You will never be photographed without explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on my website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lunar Ambitions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute my content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Ambitions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
