Cancellation Policy

Your time is valued here, and the same is asked in return. Please take a moment to review this policy before booking your appointment.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in a $30 cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a $30 cancellation fee will apply. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future services or result in loss of booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened out of respect for clients scheduled after you. The full service fee still applies. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Same-Day Bookings

Same-day appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Illness and Emergencies

Not feeling well? Please stay home. Reach out as soon as possible and every effort will be made to get you rescheduled.

Special Circumstances

Life happens and cancellation fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. Just reach out directly.

You will receive a confirmation and reminder before your appointment. Please confirm or cancel within the required window.
